Refunds for cancellations of lessons or online orders will be the full amount less the booking and merchant fee. 6%
If a cancellation is made 24 hours before your surf tour, lesson or surf camp commences (via phone 0412417431) a credit will be given. You will be given the option to reschedule for another day. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the surf tour, lesson or surf camp commencing, we are unable to issue you with a credit to reschedule.
Our surf tours commence at 9.30am, from in front of the McDonalds at Manly Wharf (in Manly). As this is a tour you will need to be there on time or you may get left behind.
Manly Surf Guide can cancel your surf tour, lesson or surf camp in the rare event that the surf conditions are unsafe and the beaches are closed. You will be contacted by phone as soon as we make the decision. In this case you will receive a full refund.We do not cancel our tours if it is raining.
Manly Surf Guide recommends that all persons take out personal travel insurance as Manly Surf Guide are not responsible for injuries and loss or damage of your equipment. You will be asked to sign a waiver before surfing.
Sunburn: 50+ Sunscreen is available at all times. However you may still get burnt from the sun if you have sensitive skin.
It is up to adult participants and children’s parents/guardians to protect your own and children’s skin and to stay hydrated during the surf tour/surf camp. We recommend applying a water resistant sunscreen SPF 50+ at least 20 minutes prior to the lesson beginning and reapplying sunscreen during and after the tour/surf camp.
Manly Surf Guide will not be responsible for any sunburn, heat stroke or dehydration.
