Stand-Up Paddle Boarding is a fantastic way to get out and explore hidden beaches and lakes. With Manly Surf Guide you can have your own private instructor show you the ropes. Stand-Up Paddle Board lessons are run from Shelly Beach in Manly. By the end of the first lesson you will be feeling more confident and relaxed on your board so you will be able to take full advantage of the extra hour of free board hire after you lesson.

Pricing

1 Adult - $150 for 1 hour lesson (pack of 3 $410,)
2 Adults - $100 each for 1 hour lesson
3 Adults - $90 each for 1 hour lesson

Corporate and private groups are also welcome starting at $70 per head.

Manly Surf Guide have a range of stand up paddle boards, perfect for learning and also good for the Intermediate / advanced level. Heading out of Sydney for a weekend? Take a few SUPs to play around on.  Free soft racks provided.
